Pricing
The Cherry Barn’s weekend fee of £8250 provides 48-hour exclusive use dry hire in 2025. For 2026 it’s £8750. Weekend hire is from midday Friday to midday on Sunday. Midweek hire is any day outside of the established weekend hire. The midweek 48-hour hire fee in is £6550.
What's Included?
- Exclusive use of the venue for a 48-hour period
- Main venue area with seating up to 200 people
- One wedding per weekend
- Wedding licenced venue with indoor and outdoor wedding options or 500m from Peasmarsh church of St Peter and St Paul
- On-site accommodation (add-on)
- Wedding preparation/crèche room
- Fully equipped, commercial kitchen
- Toilet facilities (including disabled)
- On-site Parking
- Garden area, Outdoor patio and fire pit
- Beautiful countryside surroundings
- Dedicated dance floor
- No corkage during the day
- Fully stocked and staffed bar from 7pm (option to open early)
- Access to the premises until midnight
Optional Extras
- Accommodation, suitable for sleeping up to 8 people
- Glamping set up by professional glamping companies
- Early bar opening
- Items/services for hire such as logs for the firepit, hay bales, milk urns etc.
