The Cherry Barn flat rate price of £8,150 for the 48-hour dry hire in 2025. Weekend hire is from midday on Friday to midday on Sunday. Mid-week hire is any day outside of the established weekend hire. We require a 25 per cent booking fee to secure bookings and there is an additional £500 damage deposit. • The Cherry Barn is a 48-hour dry hire rental for one event with access and deliveries permitted only during this time.
• The venue can seat up to 200 people comfortably with additional guests permitted in the evening.
• There is no corkage during the reception and wedding breakfast.
• The Cherry barn is a no smoking venue and does not permit the resale of alcohol or the use of drugs.
• No naked flames are permitted in the venue.
• All decorations must use the dedicated fixings.
• The venue must be cleaned and all decorations and rubbish removed by the end of the rental period.
• There is onsite parking.
• A booking fee of 25% is required to guarantee your booking.
